锰渣-石灰石部分取代矿渣制备复合生态水泥 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前矿渣等高活性混合材资源的紧张,实验进行了锰渣、石灰石部分取代矿渣制备复合水泥的试验研究。研究表明,10%石灰石的掺入能增加水泥的早期强度;锰渣早期强度比矿渣高,而后期强度比矿渣低,二者在强度上优势互补;矿渣和石灰石的低需水量能够均衡锰渣需水量过高的问题;当矿渣掺量为10%、锰渣为40%、石灰石为10%时,能配制P·C 32.5水泥;当矿渣掺量为10%、锰渣为30%、石灰石为10%时,能配制P·C 42.5水泥。 Currently, the resources of admixture slag with high activity get fewer and fewer, in response to this phenomenon, an experimental study that partly replacing GBFS with MS-Ls to prepare compound eco-cement is carried out. The resuhs show: the early strength of cement can be increased when 10% LS is added; the early strength of MS is higher than that of GBFS, but the later strength is lower than that, both complement each other in strength; the lower water demand of GBFS and LS can balance the high water demand of MS; the P.C32.5 cement can be prepared when the GBFS is 10%, the MS 40%, the LS 10%; the P.C 42.5 cement can be prepared when the GBFS 10%, MS 30%, the LS 10%.
