社会主义市场经济条件下资本与劳动关系探析

利用资本发展社会主义市场经济具有必然性,但随着社会主义市场经济的发展,资本逐利本性与劳动者利益的矛盾日益紧张并呈普遍化趋势。马克思认为,在资本主义社会,劳动过程就是资本家消费劳动力实现价值增殖的过程,资本是一个活生生的矛盾。资本无限度地扩大劳动和价值创造与劳动异化之间的悖论,决定了资本主义生产方式的终结。在社会主义市场经济下,应运用马克思的资本与劳动关系理论对发展资本与维护劳动者利益之间的关系进行辩证地分析,探求化解资本与劳动矛盾的现实路径。

The socialist market economy must utilize capital,but contradictions between capital for profit and laborers interest become growing tension and emerge as generalized trend following the development of the socialist market economy.Karl Marx thinks,in capitalist society,labor process is capitalists use labor force to increase in value and capital is a real contradiction.Contradictions between capital which expand infinitely labor to create wealth and dissimilation of labor give rise to the end of capitalist production mode.In socialist market economy,we should use Marx＇s theory of between capital and labor to analyze the relationship between developing capital and maintaining laborers interest.We should explore real paths to resolve contradictions between capital and labor.
