核壳结构纳米TiO_2/丁苯复合乳液制备研究

摘要 为制备高固高粘新型丁苯乳液(SBRL),以经硅烷偶联剂改性的纳米TiO2为核,阴离子乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与非离子乳化剂辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,其质量比为1:1,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,制备了具有核壳结构的纳米TiO2/聚丁苯(PSB)复合乳液,并测定了复合乳液的性能。确定了适宜聚合工艺条件:纳米TiO2为总量0.5%,乳化剂用量为3.5%,引发剂用量为单体量0.4%,聚合温度为64℃,可以制备出性能良好的复合乳液。所制乳液固含量最高可达50%以上,粘度可依据不同使用要求调节。 For the preparation of highly solid content and viscous styrene - butadiene latex ( SBRL), based on nano -TiO2 modified by silane coupling agent as nuclear, anionic emulsifier sodium dodeeyl sulfate (SDS) and non -ionic emulsifier oetyl phenyl poly -polyoxyethylene ether (OP- 10) as emulsifier, mass ratio 1: 1, a core - shell structure of nano - TiO2/poly styrene - butadiene (PSB) composite emulsion was prepared by semi - continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method, and the performance of the composite emulsion was measured. The optimal conditions of polymerization were determined in experiments process. When nano - TiO2 is 0.5% of the total amount, the amount of emulsifier is 3.5% , initiator dosage is 0.4% of the amount of monomer, and polymerization temperature is 64℃, the composite latex of good performance can be prepared. The solid content of the emulsion is up to 50%. And viscosity can be adjusted according to different application requirements.
