摘要
板式箱型弯扭构件外形扁平,宽高比大于2,内部设置多道纵横向加劲肋,具有与矩形箱型弯扭构件不同的构造特征,因此其制作技术也不相同,本文对该类构件的成型原理、深化设计方法、制作工艺及测量方法进行了详细介绍.弯扭零件的展开方法是其详图设计时的一个关键内容,常见的方法有近似三角平面展开法、专业软件展开法和AUTOCAD专用模块展开法等,这些方法各有其特点.另外,弯扭零件成型过程中的回弹问题一直是该类构件制作中的一个关键问题,其回弹率与钢板的材质、厚度、宽度、下压量、压力及扭曲度等多种因素有关.文中介绍的研究成果已成功应用于大连国际会议中心的建设任务,对类似构件的制作具有较好的参考价值.
The flat box-typed bent-torsional member is in a flat shape, The width-height ration is bigger than 2, and many longitudinal and transverse stiffeners are set in it. With different structural characteristics, the manufacture technology for the flat box-typed bent-torsional member is different from that for the rectangular one. For such structure members, this article gives a detail introduction to the forming principle, detail design method, fabrication process and measurement method. The unfolding method of the bent-torsional member is the key of the detail design, and the common methods include similar triangle plane unfolding method, professional software unfolding method and AUTOCAD-specific module unfolding method, etc. Each method has its own characteristic. In addition, for the manufacture of such members, the rebounding during the fabrication process is also a key issue. The spring-back rate is influenced by many factors, such as, steel plate material, thickness, width, amount under pressure, pressure, and degree of distortion, etc. The research results, which have been successful applied in the construction of dalian international Conference Center, have great reference value to the manufactual of similar structure members.
