Analysis on processing technology and manufacturing deviation of bolt-ball

摘要 螺栓球网架广泛应用于我国大型公共建筑,影响螺栓球网架安全质量的控制因素是多方面的,其中螺栓球的制作是重要影响因素之一.虽然计算机辅助设计早已得到广泛的应用,但螺栓球的加工工艺却长期未有重大革新.针对我国螺栓球加工现状,立足于工厂实地调研,在考察螺栓球加工设备、作业流程和管理模式的基础上,对螺栓球加工工艺和制造误差进行初步探讨,最后提出建议必须大力研发螺栓球先进制造工艺. Bolt-ball frame has been widely used in all kinds of large public buildings. Influencing factors on the security and quality of bolt-ball frame are manifold, which bolts manufacturing is one of the most important factors. Although computer-aided designing (CAD) has been widely used, there is no significant innovation in the processing technology of bolt-ball frame in a long time. So, this study launches investigations of real domestic manufacturing of bolt-ball frame to make a preliminary research on processing technology and manufacturing deviation of bolt-ball frame after investigating processing equipment, work processes and management. At last, the suggestion that the advanced manufacturing process of bolt-ball must develop is proposed.
