摘要
分析了我国菜用大豆生产现状和生产模式。针对我国菜用大豆生产机械化水平低和菜用大豆生产机械化发展中存在的问题,以菜用大豆脱荚机和剥壳机为重点,阐述了各自的工作原理,为我国菜用大豆生产机械化技术和设备提出了发展方向。
The national vegetable soybean production status and patterns were analyzed. Based on the analysis of domestic vegetable soybean production status, the paper expatiated the principles of viner and huller. Finally soybean production mechanization technology and equipment were brought forward.
