解郁活血汤治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁 被引量：1

摘要 观察解郁活血汤对脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效,共计60例患者,治疗组以解郁活血汤为主辨证论治,对照组给予口服黛立新。治疗前后根据汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评分以观察临床疗效。两组治疗后抑郁状态都有所改善,但治疗组总有效率90%,明显高于对照组83%(P<0.05),治疗组HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明解郁活血汤对缺血性卒中抑郁症有明显的治疗作用,对中风康复有一定帮助。
