低温等离子刀治疗慢性扁桃体炎疗效观察

Low-temperature plasma knife in treatment of chronic tonsillitis

目的探讨低温等离子刀治疗慢性扁桃体炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择110例慢性扁桃体炎患者,按入院先后顺序,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。观察组给予低温等离子刀扁桃体切除术;对照组行扁桃体剥除术,记录并比较术中、术后的各项临床指标。结果观察组的手术时间、术后平均咽痛时间短于对照组,术中出血量、及术后出血率少于对照组,组间差异具有显著性(P<0.05),组间白膜脱落时间的比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论低温等离子刀治疗慢性扁桃体炎具有疗效确切、安全、损伤小、并发症少等优点,优于传统扁桃体剥除术,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of low-temperature plasma knife in treatment of chronic tonsillitis.Methods By order of admission,110 patients with chronic tonsillitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n=55）.Observation group was given low-temperature plasma knife tonsillectomy,the control group was the line tonsils cystectomy.All the clinical indicators were recorded and compared.Results For the observation group,operative time,postoperative sore throat on average were shorter than the control group,blood loss,and postoperative bleeding rate were less than the control group,the differences was significant between the groups（P0.05）.The difference of albuginea off time was not significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions The low-temperature plasma knife is effective,safe,damage,fewer complications,better than the traditional tonsil cystectomy in treatment of chronic tonsillitis,has important clinical value.
