青年人脑梗死危险因素分析

Analysis of the risking factors of the youth brain infarction

目的分析青年人脑梗死的危险因素,提高预防脑梗死的意识,力求防止和减少卒中的发生。方法回顾性分析76例14～45岁青年脑梗死患者的危险因素。结果青年人脑梗死危险因素复杂多样,最主要的危险因素是脑动脉粥样硬化。结论探讨青年人脑梗死的危险因素,对于诊断治疗和预防青年人脑梗死具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the risking factors of the youth brain infarction,and improve the prevention consciousness of cerebral infarction,and to prevent and reduce the occurrence of stroke.Methods The risking factors of seventy-six patients from 14～45 years old with cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed.Results The youth brain infarction risking factors are complicated,the main factor is artery atherosclerosis.Conclusions It is significant for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of infarction by exploring the risk factors of the youth brain infarction.
