摘要
议题设置理论主要研究大众传播影响民众关注社会议题的机制问题。应将议题设置理论引入社会主义核心价值体系传播,以增强社会主义核心价值体系传播的主动性和导向性。议题设置主要有自主设置和借力设置两种模式。在社会主义核心价值体系传播中,要遵循议题设置的基本理念,按照确认议题、分析议题、确定议题转化策略、制定议题行动计划和评估效果的程序,强化社会主义核心价值体系传播的实效性。
Agenda-setting mainly studies the mechanism through which the mass media influences the public's concerns of social issues. Agenda-setting Theory should be included in the communication of socialist core value system so as to enhance its initiative and orientation. Agenda-setting has two main models: self-setting and assisted-setting. During the communication of this value system, in order to strengthen its effectiveness, it is essential to follow the basic concepts of agenda-setting, in accordance with the following procedure: Setting an agenda, analyzing it, defining its converting strategies, generating its action plan and evaluating the effect.
