我国青少年自主公益行为参与现状——以玉米爱心基金为例

Chinese Young People's Self-directed Participation in Public Service Activities:The Present Situation——Taking LIYUCHUN Fans Charity Fund as an Example

我国公益事业的发展日益多元,青少年在其中扮演越来越重要的角色。通过对我国首个青少年群体自发组织的公益团体———玉米爱心基金的调查研究,探索青少年自主从事公益行为的参与现状。当前青少年对于公益事业有着强烈的热情和参与愿望,然而,由于缺乏科学的指导和对于自己活动范围的模糊化,限制了他们发挥作用。他们对社会支持的渴望和对国家政策保障的期待很高。青少年的公益行为需要一个完善的政策支持,使其公益参与深度在合理的范围内实现最大化。

The development of Chinese undertakings for public good is getting diversified and young people＇s role is becoming more and more important in it.This essay probes into the present situation of young people＇s autonomous participation on their own in the public programs through the sampling researches of the first public volunteer organization founded by youth groups in China — LIYUCHUN Fans Charity Fund.Currently,young people have strong passion and desire for public undertakings;Yet,they are restricted in playing a role due to the lack of scientific guidance and their vague range of activities.They have high expectations for social support and national policy guarantee.Their philanthropy needs a perfect policy support to make their participation maximized within a reasonable scope.
