孙子“知彼知己,百战不殆”思想对高校辅导员的启迪

本文通过学习与借鉴孙子"知彼知己,百战不殆"的战略思想,对高校辅导员提出了三点建议:1)辅导员要借鉴和发扬孙子"知彼知己,百战不殆"的战略思想,客观全面地认识自己,了解自己的优势与不足;2)辅导员要借鉴和发扬孙子"知彼知己,百战不殆"的战略思想,深入了解学生,及时掌握学生的思想动态;3)辅导员要借鉴和发扬孙子"知彼知己,百战不殆"的战略思想,主动了解和吸收其他高校学生工作的做法与经验。希望这些建议对辅导员开展学生工作有所裨益。

Based on the study of Sunzi＇s strategic ideology in ＂To know yourself as well as the enemy, and you can fight a hundred battles with no danger of defeat＂, the writer proposes three suggestions for college instructors：1）the instructor should know both himself and the students;2）the instructor should deeply know students and timely grasp their mental activities; 3）the instructor should actively learn from other colleges. The writer hopes to be helpful for college instructor to carry out student work.
