On the Teaching Competence of Elementary Education Teachers

基础教育教师不仅要有精深的专业知识,更要有扎实的教学能力。教师教学的工作效率在很大程度上取决于教师的教学能力。教师的教学能力包括许多方面,论文主要对教师的基础教育课程改革理解能力、教学系统设计能力、信息技术与课程整合能力、课堂教学驾驶能力等内容进行探究。

Elementary education teachers should not only possess solid specialty knowledge but also have a good command of teaching competence.Teachers＇ teaching efficiency mostly rests with their teaching competence,which incorporates many aspects.This thesis focuses on the following competence：the understanding of curriculum reform in elementary education,the ability of designing the teaching system,the competence of incorporating information technology with curriculum,a good command of classroom teaching, etc.
