摘要
实施创新教育,是培养适应现代社会发展的高素质人才的需要,是时代发展对高等教育提出的必然要求,是世界高等教育改革的必然趋势。本文在对目前高校创新人才培养存在的缺失进行论述的基础上,分析了制约我国高校创新人才培养的因素,提出了高校创新人才培养的改革对策。
Innovation education is the need of training high quality talents and the tendency of higher education reformation. This article analyses the lack of innovative personnel training in higher school at present, expounds the restricting factors and raises the reformatory measures.
