浅谈赏识教育

On Appreciation Education

懂得赏识是非常重要的,尤其在教育中教师能够赏识学生则会使其信心大增,有坚定的信念才能踏实地走向成功。本人在多年的教育教学工作中发现,适当的时候多鼓励学生有助于学生重塑自信,还能使学生的潜在能力得到激发,并且能让学生树立正确的人生观。

It is important to learn the importance of appreciation education,and the teacher＇s appreciation will make students acquire amounts of self-confidence which helps them become successful. This paper deals with how to help students rebuilt their confidence and develop their latent capacity which leads to the final success by learning the importance of appreciation and encouragement.
