基于LABVIEW的轮胎生产设备信息系统

摘要 针对传统轮胎生产设备信息系统的不足以及企业提出的新的要求,开发了基于LABVIEW的轮胎生产设备信息系统。以虚拟仪器图形化开发平台LABVIEW为基础,将DataSocket技术与OPC技术结合,对传输数据进行打包处理,优化了数据结构,进而实现与PLC的高效数据通信。PLC通过外围传感器实现轮胎设备运行状态的数据采集、远程传输和分析处理功能。该系统不但可对生产过程进行实时监测和远程控制,同时提高了扩展性及跨平台能力,缩短了二次开发周期,降低了生产成本。现场应用中该系统运行稳定可靠,符合生产要求。 In order to overcome the information system deficiencies of traditional tyre manufacturing equipment,the information system of tyre production equipment based on the virtual instrument is proposed.Based on LABVIEW,combined with DataSocket technology and the OPC standard,the system can pack the transmission data and communicate with programmable logic controllers.PLC achieved the functions of data acquisition,remote transmission,data analysis and management of tyre production equipment by the sensors.This design not only could monitor and remote control the production equipment,but also underlined the expandability and multi-platform flexibility of the system,which can shorten the re-development cycle and reduce the cost of industrial production.The application of this system shows that it is reliable in production procedure,and it meets production requirements.
