从语言符号论对歌词解读——由“時の流れに身を任せ”所想

To Interpret Song Lyrics in View of Language Symbo Theory:Reflections on "時の流れに身を任せ"

希腊语言学家索绪尔认为所有语言都是符号的表现,即所谓的语言的符号论。歌词与歌名是语言中较为特殊的一种。"時の流れに身を任せ"无论是对中国人还是日本人都耳熟能详的歌曲。与日文版同为一首歌的中文版的歌词名叫做"我只在乎你",英文版与中文版的歌名一样,叫做"I only care about you",但是日文版的歌名"時の流れに身を任せ"在字面意思上与中、英文版无丝毫联系。若是从日文版翻译到中文,借鉴两首歌歌词的翻译对比,最恰当的歌名应为"任时光匆匆流去"。本文在思考"時の流れに身を任せ"歌名和歌词意义的同时,从索绪尔符号论中"符号的要素"的观点,来重新审视中文版与日文版之间的不同。

Greece linguist Saussure holds that all languages are the expressions of symbols, which is the so-called language symbol theory. The lyrics and title of a song is a particular one.＂時の流れに身を任せ＂ is a popular song among both Chinese and Japanese. The Chinese and English equivalence of this song is ＂I only care about you＂, but the literary meaning of ＂時の流れに身を任せ＂ has on relations with its Chinese and English equivalence. In the meantime of the consideration of the title and lyric of this song and Saussure＇s view of language symbol theory,this paper attempts to recognize the differences between Chinese and Japanese version.
