摘要
通过应用布鲁菌虎红平板凝集实验,对来自西藏部分地区牦牛血清进行布鲁氏菌抗体的检测,557份牦牛血清共检出阳性血清样品33份,感染率为5.9%,表明西藏牦牛群中存在布鲁氏菌的感染。
Rose bengal precipitation test was used to detect brucellosis antibodies in yaks serums from several areas in Tibet.In all the 557 yaks serums,33 yaks serums were positive samples,the total infection rate was 5.9%.It suggested that there had brucellosis infection in Tibetan yaks.
