摘要
太阳能光伏发电的应用推动了新的光伏并网标准的发展,借鉴其他国家相关标准的优点,并参考国际和其他国家成熟的光伏发电并网标准完善国内太阳能光伏发电并网标准。首先介绍了国内外现行光伏并网标准,然后分析太阳能光伏并网对电网电能质量带来的影响,并针对电能质量相关规范和准则进行了比较,结果表明各个国家和地区的光伏并网标准有区别,最后分析其产生原因,主要是由于各个国家和地区的电网结构和光伏系统容量大小有所不同。研究结果有利于提高我国光伏产业水平,增强我国参与国际竞争的实力,可以为制定中国光伏并网标准中电能质量相关规范提供有益参考。
The utilization of photovoltaic generation has pro- moted the development of new criteria for PV gridconnect ed system. In this paper, by referencing the advantages of relative criteria of other countries, the criteria of PV generation gridconnected system in China are improved based on international mature criteria and that of other countries. At first, the existing criteria of PV grid-connected system are introduced, and the influence of PV grid-connected system on the power quality of power grid is analyzed. In addition, the relative specifications and criteria of power quality are compared, and results show that criteria of PV grid-connect- ed system in every country and area are different. The rea- son that causes these difference is that the difference of power structures and PV system capacity in every country and area. The work of this paper will be beneficial to im- prove PV product level of our country, and to strengthen competition with other countries, which has value for estab- lishing the specifications of power quality in criteria of PV zrid-connected system.
