摘要
利用离子交换结合热处理方法,制备出Ag纳米颗粒掺杂玻璃基底。通过荧光素分子和银之间的配位键合作用将荧光性分子组装在该玻璃基片上,构建一种新型的玻璃表面荧光性自组装单层膜的制备方法。运用吸收光谱讨论Ag纳米改性玻璃基底的最佳形成条件,并利用荧光吸收光谱考察了荧光素自组装单层膜的形成。实验结果表明在熔盐比例(摩尔比AgNO3:NaNO3=1:2)条件下450℃烧制1.5h制备出离子交换程度较好的银改性玻璃基底。将该基底浸泡7×10-4mol/L荧光素碱性溶液中5h,可以成功制备出荧光性自组装单层膜。并对其光致发光性质进行了初步研究,发现该膜在485nm附近存在一个较强的光致发光峰。
Silver nanoparticles modified glass composite materials were fabricated by ion-exchange and subsequently thermal treatment. And then, fluorescent reagent was assembled onto the glass surface via coordination linkage of Ag ion and fluorescein molecule to form a neotype SAMs system. Ag nanoparticles were obtained by fitting the absorption spectra of samples under different preparation conditions. The results show that the optimal modified condition was undering AgNO3: NANO3 = 1 : 2 fused-salt ratio and 1.5 h ion-exchange time. it can form the best fluorescent SAMs when putting the modified substrate into 7.0 × 10^-4 mol/L fluorescein solution for 5 hours and this SAMs has photoluminescence character at ex/em = 243 nm/485 nm.
