摘要 研究了VC-BA树脂(即氯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚树脂)与ACR对PVC干混料的加工性能、试样的力学性能的影响。结果表明:VC-BA树脂与PVC相容性良好,它的加入促进了PVC体系的熔融,改善了干混料的塑化性能,提高了试样的力学性能,可以替代ACR,是性能良好的PVC改性剂。 Influences of VC-BA resin ( i.e. vinyl chloride-butyl acrylate copolymer) and ACR on the processing properties of PVC dry blends and the mechanical properties of samples were studied. Thc results showed that the compatibility of VC-BA resin and PVC was good and the addition of VC-AR could promote the melting of PVC system, improve the plasticizing properties of PVC dry blends, increase the mechanical properties of samples. VC-BA resin could substitute for ACR and was a kind of good modifier for PVC.
