摘要
以木屑为原料、多元醇为液化剂,在酸性催化剂条件下加压液化制备生物重油。实验结果表明:浓硫酸的酸性催化剂较好,在2.5%浓硫酸、木屑/乙二醇/乙醇为1.0/2.5/12.5、200℃反应6h条件下,木屑转化率可达92%。在此条件下液化产物的粘度为37.84mm2/s,酸值为1.5mgKOH/g,羟值为682.5mgKOH/g。产物通过IR、GC-MS及GPC进行分析表征。结果表明:产物含有丰富的羟基基团,适宜用于聚氨酯发泡体系,分子量分布范围在25435~18之间,为连续分布形式,并在产物中检测到乙二醇乙醚、乙二醇二乙酸酯等聚醚/酯多元醇。
Using sawdust(60-80mesh) as raw material, polyols as liquid agent, and acid as catalyst, liquefied oil was made in the hydrothermal synthesis reactor. The result demonstrated that the degree of liquefaction was up to 92% under the reaction conditions of 2.5% sulfuric acid, sawdust/ethylene glycol/ethanol as 1.0/2.5/12.5, and reaction temperature of 200℃ for 6 hours. Liquefied oil were measured that the hydroxyl value was 682.5mgKOH/g, acid value was 1.5 mgKOH/g and viscosity (20℃) was 3. 784 × 10-5m2/s and it was analyzed by IR, GC-MS and GPC. The results show that the product is rich in hydroxyl groups and suitable for the polyurethane foam system, Molecular weight continuously distributed between 25435 to 18, and glycol ether and ethylene acetate, ect. polyether/polyester polyols were detected in the product.
