摘要
采用管式炉试验台对中国3种典型生物质(谷壳、玉米秆和棉秆)快速热解过程中生成气的析出情况及碱/碱土金属析出规律进行研究。结果表明:3种生物质快速热解过程中CO、CH4和CO2同时析出,CO为主要析出气体,CH4和CO2的析出量明显低于CO。样品中碱金属的析出比碱土金属快,Na的析出率最高且其析出与样品挥发分的析出同步,可认为释放的Na以有机钠为主。碱金属的析出率最终都在60%~80%,而碱土金属的析出率最终都在30%~40%,余下的碱土金属都残留在灰分中。
A tube furnace was used to investigate the characteristic of the devolatization gas and alkali/alkaline earth metal (AAEMs) during rapid pyrolysis of rice husks, corn stalk and cotton stalk which are the typical Chinese biomass. The result indicated that CO, CH4 and CO2 were released synchronously during rapid pyrolysis of the three biomasses. CO was the main released gas, and released amount of CH4 and CO: was obviously lower than that of the CO. Alkali metal contained in the samples decreased faster than alkaline earth metal. Na had a highest re- lease rate which released synchronously with devolatization, and it was considered that released Na was basically organic sodium. The released amount of alkali metals terminated at level of 70% -80% while that of alkaline earth metals terminated at level of 30%-40% , and remained alkaline earth metals were left in the ash.
