摘要
通过实验方法对有机相变材料癸酸的储热性能进行改良。主要以癸酸为相变材料,高聚乙烯为支撑材料改良癸酸的储热性能,试制一种低温定形相变材料,分析改良后材料的均匀性和稳定性,讨论材料中癸酸掺混比例的临界值。通过差示扫描量热仪测试和T-History方法研究该材料的相变温度、相变潜热,并对比两种方法在测试中的优劣;T-History方法测试材料的导热系数。实验结果表明,该新型低温相变材料均匀性和稳定性较好,在保证相变温度和潜热与纯癸酸一致的前提下,导热系数相应提高,蓄放热过程明显,易控制。
The thermal storage performance of organic phase-change material capric acid was improved with high density polyethylene as the frame material by experiment. A kind of shape stabilized phase-change material was made by capric acid and high density polyethylene and its thermal storage performance was tested by DSC and T-History. This new kind of material exhibits the same phase change temperature and latent heat as capric acid, and has good uniformity and stability. Moreover, its thermal conductivity is obvious increased and heat storage process becomes clear and controllable.
