摘要
以京沪高速铁路韩庄运河特大桥混凝土连续梁桥的施工为例,阐述了支架法分段现浇施工方案及其施工组织设计,并详细介绍了支架设计方案、施工过程有限元力学分析及其技术要求。理论分析表明,施工过程安全可靠、可控。成功的实践进一步表明,采用支架法分段现浇施工技术完成混凝土连续梁桥的施工,技术可行,经济效果显著,施工方法可供同类型工程施工参考。
Based on the construction of continuous concrete beams of Hanzhuang canal bridge (60 + 100 + 60) m on Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway, the segmental support on-site cast plan and its construction organization design are illus- trated, and the support design solution, finite element mechanics analysis of the construction processes and technique re- quirement are explained in detail. Theory analysis indicates that the construction process is safe, reliable and controllable based on the FEM mechanics analysis. Successful construction of the bridge shows segmental support on site cast for con- crete continuous beam bridge techniques is feasible in technological and economical term. The method can be a reference for similar construction projects.
