摘要 隧道施工洞内通讯方式,随着隧道长度的不断增大、通讯技术水平的不断提高而进步。当洞内前后作业面较多、前后分布范围较广、通讯距离长且存在大量钢结构时,就会给通讯工作提出更高的要求,比如采用TBM施工的特长隧道,同时施工二次模筑混凝土衬砌的工况条件,此时如果采用电缆通讯则会产生较大的信号衰减而增设很多信号放大器;如果采用光纤通讯则会投入较多的中继站以及产生较高的维护成本,而基于无线局域网的洞内通讯技术则更为合适,组网简单、安装和维护方便、故障率低,通话质量高。 With the increasing length of the tunnel, continuous improvement of communication skills has been made. inside communication of the tunnel construction also made progress. The number of work surface, broad distribution, long communication distance and the existence of large quantity of steel structures impose higher demand on communication such as TBM construction in super long tunnel. During concrete lining recasting construction, many more amplifiers are needed to counter signal attenuation of cable communication. While optic communication requires many more relay stations and higher cost. maintenancethe Inside tunnel communication of Superlong Tunnel construction based on Wireless LAN is more suitable for its simple networking, easy installation and maintenance, low failure rate and good voice quality.
