摘要
就某国际大型铁路建设项目中的岔枕预制工艺进行了介绍。根据长线台座岔枕生产工艺,并针对建设项目对该产品需求情况进行预制工艺说明,尤其是对预制生产过程中的张拉、混凝土布料、蒸汽养护、放张等关键工序进行了详细说明。
In this paper, the turnout sleeper prefabricated process in an international large-scale railway construction pro- ject was briefly discussed. According to long line sleeper production processes and project requirements for the products, prefabrication especially pre-production process tension, concrete fabric, steam curing, distressing and other key processes is described in detail.
