摘要
提供了一种对工业锅炉炉膛火焰进行监测的可行方案.详细分析了炉膛内火焰的特征,选择电流型红外传感器G8371-01对火焰状况进行实时监控,系统把传感信号进行模拟预处理,然后传送给数字信号处理器(DSP TMS320F2812)作FFT运算,最后通过485总线实现相关的自动化控制.实验结果表明,系统工作稳定,能够准确判断火焰的有无,并给出相关警报信号.
A feasible design of checking the flame in industrial boiler is provided.The character of the flame in boiler is analyzed in detail,the IR sensor G8371-01 is chosen to monitor the flame,the signal gain is processed first in analog circuit,and then FFT algorithm is taken in DSP TMS320F2812.The whole system communicates through 485 BUS.After testing,a good performance is achieved to indicate that the design is steady;the system can monitor the flame and give out the alarm signal exactly.
