摘要
针对手工装配雷达T/R组件质量和效率较低的问题,设计了雷达T/R组件柔性装配系统。该系统以紊流输送技术为基础,由柔性装配线体和监控调度系统组成,调度系统根据生产任务,结合现场数据模型和工艺数据模型自动生成生产数据模型并按调度规则进行调度,工序与工位之间多对多的工艺约束关系使得系统具有更大的柔性。该系统经过实际应用,表明适用于小批量、多品种、突发式生产。
In order to improve the inferior quality and efficiency of manual assembly of radar T/R module,a flexible assembly system(FAS) is carried out.The FAS based on turbulent transportation technique is composed of a flexible assembly line and monitoring-scheduling system.The production scheduling data model based on the production plan,the field data model,and the production process data model,is generated automatically and then used for dispatch by the scheduling system.The flexibility is increased by many-to-many match-up relationship between the assembly cell and the assembly procedure.The application to T/R module assembly revealed the applicability for the production with small batch,multi-varieties and fast change.
