Constructing the Relief System of Criminal Injured Party of Our Country

当前我国的经济迅速发展,各种犯罪问题也层出不穷,与犯罪密切相关的刑事被害人问题亦不可避免地出现。构建我国的刑事被害人救助制度,已经成为进一步推动我国法治建设的重点课题。建立和完善刑事被害人救助制度,有利于使被害人切实得到法律的保护,抚平被害人所遭受的创伤;有利于缓解被害人所面临的生存和正常生活的危机;有利于缓解和消除被害人心理上的愤恨;有利于推进和谐社会的发展。

Currently,the economy of our country has been developed so rapid,but many criminal problems are emerging,and the problems of criminal injured party are emerging too,inevitably.It has been an important task to construct a relief system to relieve the criminal injured party for pushing forward the legal system of our country.It is propitious to protect injured party and heal wounds.It also in favor of easing the problem of their severe threat and mental resentment,and finally advance the development of harmonious society.
