On the Relationship between National Policy and National Law

民族政策包括党的民族政策和政府的民族政策。党的民族政策与民族法的关系和政府的民族政策与民族法的关系两个方面既有相同点也有差别。处理两者关系时应遵循的原则有:坚持党的民族政策对民族法的指导,坚持党和政府在宪法和法律范围内活动,坚持从人民群众的根本利益出发。正确处理民族政策和民族法的关系,有利于维护民族政策的权威和民族法的尊严,更有利于两者在实际生活中的运用。

National policy consists of national policy of the Party and national policy of government.By means of discussing how they are related to national law,the paper aims to elaborate the general relationship between national policy and national law,on which basis,proper principles and countermeasures are expected to be proposed to deal with their relationship.
