Law and Civilization:the Analysis by Guizot about "the History of Roman Law in Mediaeval Age" of Savigny

萨维尼是19世纪历史法学派的核心人物。在他的主要法律著作中,《中世纪罗马法史》尚没有引起学界足够的兴趣,无专门介绍,这实是一大憾事。因此,梳理法国著名学者基佐对该书的解读思路,可为我国学界进一步研究萨维尼及其学派提供某些借鉴。

Savigny is the central spokesman of the historical school of law in 19th century.In his dominating books of law,＂the History of Roman law in mediaeval age＂ don＇t arose enough interesting with scholars,and about which there is no expert introduction,that is a pity.As a result,the author try to tire the analysis by Guizot who was the famous scholar in France about the book,and beg it can offer some reference for the further study about Savigny and his school.
