国内近5年药物利用定量研究进展

Progress in Quantitative Study on Drug Utilization in China from 2006 to 2010

目的:分析国内近年药物利用研究的发展趋势及现状,为从事药物利用研究的医药学工作者提供参考。方法:检索相关数据库,查阅2006年1月—2010年12月共5年的药物利用定量研究文献,对所得文献进行汇总分析。结果:共获得955篇定量研究文献,共涉及医药学杂志203种;895篇文献(94%)来源于单个医院,825篇(86%)的文献对某一类药物进行分析;大多数的文献采用2种及2种以上指标进行分析。结论:文献发表量逐年升高,对特殊人群及某一类疾病用药情况进行分析的文献较少,研究方法比较单一,有待改进。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo and developmental tendency of domestic research on drug utilization in recent years so as to provide references for medical practitioners involved in drug utilization research.METHODS： By retrieving the related database,the quantitative study on drug utilization from Jan.2006 to Dec.2010 was reviewed and given a meta-analysis.RESULTS： A total of 955 qualitative studies published in 203 medical or pharmaceutical journals were collected,of which,895（94%） were from hospitals,825（86%） were about analysis of a certain kind of drug,and in most of the studies two or more indexes were adopted for analysis.CONCLUSION： There are more and more published papers on drug utilization analysis,however,few papers focus on drug utilization analysis for special group or for certain kind of disease and the research method is relatively simple which thus remains to be improved further.
