2007—2010年首都医科大学大兴医院常用中药注射剂应用分析

Use of Commonly Chinese Herbal Injections in Capital Medical University Affiliated Daxing Hospital During 2007-2010 Period

目的:分析我院中药注射剂的使用情况,探讨用药特点和趋势,为进一步促进医院临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾法,对我院2007—2010年中药注射剂用药信息进行统计分析,比较用药金额所占比例、用药品种、用药频度(DDDs)和药品限定日费用(DDC)等。结果:2007—2010年我院中药注射剂销售金额分别为1 388.59、1 164.96、2 007.94、2 298.23万元,销售金额2008年较2007年有所下降,但自2009年后销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,但中药注射剂临床应用种类、销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例近4年来较为稳定。治疗心脑血管疾病的活血类中药注射剂使用品种、销售金额和用药频度均居临床用药首位,占60%～75%;抗肿瘤类中药注射剂DDC很高,销售金额增长迅速,由2008年的3%增加到2010年的15%。结论:我院中药注射剂使用较为合理,医院认真贯彻落实卫生部、国家食品药品监督管理局和国家中医药管理局联合发布的《关于进一步加强中药注射剂生产和临床使用管理的通知》,与药剂科联合,加强临床用药督导检查,做好医务培训工作,进一步规范临床合理使用中药注射剂。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the use of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital,explore the characteristics and tendency of the drug use for references of clinical rational use of Chinese herbal injections.METHODS： The utilization data of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital during 2007-2010 period were reviewed and analyzed statistically with regard to the its proportion in total in terms of consumption sum,drug categories,DDDs and defined daily cost（DDC） etc.RESULTS： From 2007 to 2010,the consumption sum of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital stood at 13.885 9 million Yuan,11.649 6 million Yuan,20.079 4 million Yuan and 22.982 3 million Yuan,respectively,down in 2008 as compared with 2007 but up year by year ever since 2009.The number of categories of Chinese herbal injections and its proportion in total in terms of consumption sum remained stable over the 4 years.The Chinese herbal injections for treating cardio-cerebrovascular diseases took the lead in terms of number of categories,consumption sum and DDDs,accounting for 60%-75% of total.The Chinese herbal injections for treating tumor showed high DDC and rapid increase in consumption sum（increased to 15% in 2010 from 3% in 2008）.CONCLUSION： The use of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital was rational.The notice on further strengthening management of the production and clinical use of TCMI（Traditional Chinese medicine injections） issued by Ministry of Public Health together with State Food and Drug Administration and State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine were well implemented in our hospital.To further standardize clinical rational use of Chinese medicine injections,hospital should work together with pharmacy department to strengthen supervision and inspection on the clinical use of Chinese medicine injections and facilitate training on medical staff regarding the rational use of TCMI.
