摘要
目的:通过对卫生部北京医院中药饮片的销售情况与价格分析,为临床用药和有关职能部门提供参考。方法:收集我院HIS信息管理系统中2009—2010年有关中药饮片的销售信息,对部分用量较大的中药饮片的销售量、销售金额及处方总量进行统计和排序并进行分析。结果:2009—2010年中药饮片在销售总量平稳的基础上,销售金额增加了50.41%,说明饮片价格上涨幅度较大。结论:导致中药饮片价格上涨的因素既有客观原因也存在人为因素,建议加强临床合理用药,国家有关职能部门采取适当措施,缓解供需矛盾,抑制价格的过快增长。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the sales and prices of Chinese herbal pieces in Beijing Hospital of Ministry of Health for references of clinical drug use and the related functional departments.METHODS： The data regarding the sales of Chinese herbal pieces during 2009-2010 period were collected from hospital information system,with those Chinese herbal pieces with large sales volume analyzed statistically and ranked with regard to sales volume,sales sum and prescription sum.RESULTS： With stable sales volume,Chinese herbal pieces increased by 50.41% in sales sum between 2009 and 2010,indicating a sharp increase in the price of Chinese herbal pieces.CONCLUSION： The price rise of Chinese herbal pieces was attributed to not only objective factors but also human factors.It is advisable to strengthen clinic rational use of Chinese herbal pieces,meanwhile,the concerned national functional sections should take measures to solve the problem of supply-demand imbalance and restrain the rapid increase of price of Chinese herbal pieces.
