60例细辛脑注射剂致不良反应文献分析

Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Asarone Injection: Literature Analysis on 60 Cases

目的:探讨细辛脑注射剂所致药品不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1999—2011年万方医学网数据库有关细辛脑不良反应的个案病例报道,并进行统计分析。结果:细辛脑注射剂引起的ADR男性多于女性,6岁以下儿童组发生率较高。所致ADR涉及人体多个系统,依次为循环系统26频次、呼吸系统19频次、皮肤及附件15频次、神经系统14频次、消化系统11频次,过敏性休克达17例。结论:细辛脑注射剂引起ADR的原因较多,研究其ADR发生的原因和规律并规范使用、改善其制剂赋形剂及工艺,对减少其使用时ADR的发生率有着极其重要的意义。

OBJECTIVE：To explore the general regularity and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by Asarone Injection for reference of clinical rational drug use.MEHTODS： Asarone Injection-induced ADR cases reported in med.wanfangdata from 1999 to 2011 were retrieved and analyzed statistically.RESULTS： The ADRs induced by Asarone Injection occurred more often in males than in females,especially in children below 6 years old.Multiple systems were involved in Asarone Injection-induced ADRs,topping the list was circulatory system（26 cases）,followed by respiratory system（19 cases）,skin and appendages（15 cases）,nervous system（14 cases）,digestive system（14 cases） and anaphylactic shock（17 cases）.CONCLUSION： Asarone Injection-induced ADRs are associated with multiple factors.To reduce the incidence of Asarone Injection-induced ADRs,it is of great importance to explore the causes and regular pattern of the ADRs,standardize the use of Asarone Injection,improve the excipients and preparation techniques of the preparation.
