门诊处方不合理用药调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Irrational Drug Use in Outpatient Prescriptions

目的:了解茂名市人民医院门诊处方用药情况,提高门诊处方质量,促进医院合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2010年4—6月门诊处方38 260张,依据统计学方法归纳并进行综合分析。结果:所有审核处方中存在不合理用药处方1 542张,占总审核处方的4.03%,分别在用法与用量、溶剂使用、联合用药等方面存在问题。结论:我院门诊处方用药基本合理,但仍存在一定的问题,需进一步加强用药管理,保证患者合理用药。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the status quo of the drug use in outpatient prescriptions of Guangdong Maoming Municipal People＇s Hospital in order to improve outpatient prescription quality and promote rational drug use.METHODS： A total of 38 260 outpatient prescriptions from April to June of 2010 in our hospital were randomly selected for statistical analysis.RESULTS： Of the total 38 260 prescriptions reviewed,1 542（4.03%） were irrational ones.The irrationality focused on usage and dosage,use of solvent and drug combination etc.CONCLUSION： The drug use in the outpatient prescriptions of our hospital is essentially reasonable,but there are still some problems,thus it is still necessary to tighten management on drug use to ensure rational drug use.
