摘要
目的:围绕血栓形成机制,非甾体抗炎药阿司匹林抑制环氧酶而成为对抗血小板的"基石",本文总结阿司匹林的临床应用评价和监护要点,以供临床合理用药参考。方法:查阅近年来国内、外相关文献,进行归纳和分析。结果与结论:在大量的临床研究中,阿司匹林显示了良好效果,但其所致出血和消化道溃疡的风险较大,使得药学监护十分重要。
OBJECTIVE：With regard to the mechanism of thrombogenesis,the inhibitory action of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug（NSAID） Aspirin on epoxidase has become the ＂cornerstone＂ against platelet.This paper aims to summarize the clinical application evaluation of Aspirin and key points in pharmaceutical care in using Aspirin to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS： The pertinent literature both at home and abroad in recent years were retrieved and subjected to a systematic meta-analysis.RESULTS CONCLUSION： Numerous clinical trials have demonstrated the remarkable efficacy of Aspirin;however,its use involves great risks of bleeding and digestive ulcer,thus the pharmaceutical care for patients treated with Aspirin is of utmost importance.
