摘要
目的:建立刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷和异嗪皮啶的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Diamomsil C18(4.6mm×200 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长(双波长)265 nm,344 nm。结果:紫丁香苷在0.01308~1.308μg,异嗪皮啶在0.0146 59~0.122 16μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.7%和102.2%,RSD分别为1.0%和0.8%。结论:所用方法简便、准确,能有效控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of Syringin and Isofraxidin in Ciwujia Injection. Methods: The analysis was performed on a Diamomsil Cls column (4. 6 mm ×200 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (20: 80). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm and 344 nm. Results: The calibration curves showed good linear response ranged from 0. 013 08 - 1. 308 μg for Syringin and O. 0146 59 -0. 122 16μg for Isofraxidin. The average recoveries for yringin and Isofraxidin were 98. 7% (RSD = 1.0% ) and 102. 2% ( RSD =0. 8% ), respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and reliable for quality control of Ciwujia Injection.
