两种透明敷贴在急危重患者外周静脉留置针固定的效果观察

目的探讨两种透明敷贴在急危重症患者外周静脉留置针中的固定效果。方法将202例行外周静脉留置针穿刺的急危重患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各101例。观察组采用舒适透气型(9534HPTegaderm)透明敷贴进行固定,对照组采用标准型(1624Tegaderm)透明敷贴进行固定,比较两组患者留置针的脱出率、液体渗漏率和敷贴卷边情况。结果观察组患者留置针脱落、液体渗漏、敷贴卷边发生情况较对照组少,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适透气型透明敷贴黏性好,可明显减少留置针的脱管率和液体渗漏率。

Objective To probe into the different effects of two transparent dressings used for the fixations of peripheric intravenous catheters for emergency patients. Methods 202 emergency patients undergoing peripheral intravenous catheteration were randomized into observation and control groups equally. The catheters in the observation group were fixed with transparent dressings and those in the control group with routine dressings. The two groups were compared in terms of the shedding rate, the leakage rate and the rate of dressing scrolling. Result The rates of catheter shedding, liquid leakage and dressing scrolling in the observation group were significantly smaller than those of the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The transparent dressings are better at fixing the catheters for its good viscidity so that they can reduce the shedding rate of catheters.
