摘要
目的了解广州市骨外科护士工作倦怠感及自我效能感的状况,探讨自我效能感与工作倦怠感之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,对广州市3所三级甲等综合性医院的132名骨外科护士进行调查。结果骨外科护士工作倦怠感中情绪倦怠感得分为25.56±11.02分,工作冷漠感得分为6.45±5.21分,均为中度倦怠。个人成就感得分为30.79±9.67分,属于高度倦怠。自我效能感平均得分为2.53±0.49分。自我效能感得分与情绪倦怠感得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.263,P<0.01),自我效能感得分与个人成就感得分呈显著正相关(r=0.489,P<0.01)。结论应重视提高骨外科护士的自我效能感,有效地降低护士的工作倦怠感。
Objective To investigate status of job burnout and self-efficacy of orthopedic nurses in Guangzhou.And to find out the relationship of them. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 132 orthopedic nurses from third grade class A hospitals in Guangzhou. Results The scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of Orthopedic nurses were 25.56 ± 11.02 and 6.45 ± 5.21 respectively.both at a moderate level.of exhaustion.The score of personal accomplishment was 30.79 ± 9.67 which was at a high level of exhaustion and score of self-efficacy was 2.53 ± 0.49.Self-efficacy was negatively related to emotional exhaustion(r =-0.263,P 0.01)and positively related to personal accomplishment(r = 0.489,P 0.01). Conclusion It should pay attention to the improvement of self-efficacy of orthopedic nurses,thus reduce job burnout of nurses more effectively.
