手术室护士规范化岗位培训及资格认证实践

TheExperience of standardized post training and Qualification authentication to operating room nurses

目的加强手术室护理人员的专科理论知识和技术能力,规范手术室护理操作,强化职业意识,提高手术室护理质量及服务质量,为专科护士进一步发展奠定坚实的基础。方法通过科内集中培训和个人自学理论知识,技能操作采取演示、示教、考核等形式,对56名从事手术室工作10年以内的护理人员进行为期半年的手术室理论知识和技能操作培训,考核合格者颁发证书。结果 56名学员通过考核,获得手术室"院级岗位资格认证书"。结论经过半年多的实践和探索,强化了手术室护士的专科理论知识及相关知识,规范了专科基本技能和核心技能操作,提高了手术室专科水平及服务质量,减少了医护矛盾,完善了手术室护理临床教学体系,培养了一批基础扎实、技术过硬的手术室专业人员,是一种值得探索的手术室护士培养模式。

Objective To improve the specialized theoretical knowledge and technical capacity of operating room nurses,standardize nursing operation,strengthen the career awareness,improve the quality of nursing and lay a solid foundation for the further development of specialized nurses. Methods Fifty-six nurses were trained in theoretical knowledge and operating skills by using intensive programs,demonstration,teaching and assessment,All the nurses had within 10 years of work experience in the operating room. Results Fifty-six students passed the exam and procured thequalification certificate. Conclusion The theoretical knowledge of the operating nurses was improved.The technical capacityof the operating room nurses was standardized.The conflicts between nurses and doctors were decreased.Clinical teaching system was promoted..So it can be said that standardized post training may be a good and worth researching training mode.
