摘要
目的初步探索沙棘菌芝未知的化学成分。方法采用系统预试法,对沙棘菌芝的溶剂提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,确定其可能含有的化学成分。结果沙棘菌芝中含有氨基酸、糖、有机酸、皂苷、黄酮类、酚类、生物碱和挥发油等化学成分。结论初步确定了沙棘菌芝含有多种化学成分,为今后其活性成分的确定和开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective To identify the unknown chemical components of Fomitiporia robusta.Methods This experiment adopted precipitation reaction and color reaction of multiple indicators and chemical comprehensive preliminary tests to reveal the unknown chemical components of different solvent extracts of Fomitiporia robusta.Results Fomitiporia robusta contains amino acids,sugar,sapaomins,organic acid,sapaomins,flavonoids,phenol,alkaloids,volatile oil etc.Conclusion The research identified multiple effective components and provided foundation for further study and application of Fomitiporia robusta.
