聚阳离子腐植酸的合成与破乳性能研究

摘要 以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺、腐植酸为主要原料,合成聚阳离子腐植酸。确定了最佳反应温度,反应时间和物料比。最佳反应条件为,腐植酸,环氧氯丙烷,二甲胺三者的质量比为1∶27.8∶30,反应温度65℃,反应时间6 h。此条件下合成的产品阳离子度和表观黏度最优。对三元复合驱采出污水有良好的破乳效果。 The polymer of humic acid onto polycation was synthetized by using epichlorohydrin,dimethylamine and humic acid.The influential factors,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,and reactant mass ratio were explored.The optimum conditions were obtained as follow: reaction temperature of 65 ℃,reaction time of 6 h,the mass ratio of humic acid to epichlorohydrin to dimethylamine(g∶ g∶ g) of 1∶ 27.8∶ 30.The product has upmost cationic degree and viscosity which had great advantage in process of dealing produced water drainage of oil fields.
