内燃机车实时油耗检测系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Diesel Locomotives Fuel Consumption Monitoring System

为实现内燃机车柴油消耗的精确测量,提高内燃机车燃油计量水平,针对东风4型机车,设计了一种以单片机为核心的新型多功能随车油耗实时检测与存储装置。该装置设计有内、外双向数据传输窗口,并设有传感器采集装置,实时采集机车运行过程中的油耗数据;同时显示并存储油耗和与之相关的机车参数。最后可以将存储所得的相关数据通过存储介质转存到PC机,进行相关分析。实验结果表明该装置在实际工作环境条件下,保持了良好的测量精度,长期运行的精度可以达到1%的设计要求。

In order to improve the measurement accuracy of diesel locomotive fuel consumption,a kind of internal combustion engines device which has the function of fuel consumption measurement is introduced.The device has both internal and external bi-directional data transfer window,it can acquire and store the information of fuel consumption and traffic condition when the engine is working,and then transfer the information to a PC fuel consumption analysis software to evaluate the fuel system performance.The result of the test indicates that the device has better use value for its high-accuracy and stability.
