摘要
以实际工程为例,结合国内外城市地铁建设经验,剖析成都地铁2号线东延伸线的龙泉东站,针对在车站与广场、地下商业开发一体化设计中如何合理地处理三者之间的关系,尤其是车站公共区与广场和商业的结合、车站出入口与物业的合设、区域地下开发之间的连通以及预留设想等,给出相应的设计思路与解决方案,并且对车站规划布局及与周边用地规划关系进行分析,阐述车站与物业开发内部交通组织流线及外部交通一体化的设计,探讨地下工程的特殊处理方式等,最终提出地铁车站、城市广场、商业一体化立体开发的模式。
In this paper, the author combines domestic and international experience in subway construction, analyzes Longquan East Station which is the terminal station of east extension of Chengdu metro Line 2, and studies how to properly handle the relationship among the metro station, square and commercial areas, including the integration of station public area with city square and commercial areas, the combination of station entrances and property buildings, the connection among underground developing areas. The author puts forward corresponding design ideas and solutions, analyses the layout of station and surrounding land planning, and descries the integrated design of traffic streamlines of station and outside communication, special treatment of underground projects. In the end, the author proposes a three- dimensional development model for metro station, city square and commerce areas.
