近年来,检察文化理论研究呈现蓬勃发展之势,而理论研究的目的在于更好地指导实践,实践是检察文化价值实现的根本,所以将检察文化作为一种管理手段,并尝试构建"四位一体"的检察文化管理模式,意在更好地实践检察文化,用检察文化管理检察队伍,实现对检察文化认识的二次飞跃。

The theoretical research on prosecutorial culture has been developing flourishingly in recent years.The aim of the research is to better guide our practice,which is the root for the value realization of prosecutorial culture.Therefore,we should regard prosecutorial culture as a means of management,try a ＂four-in-one＂ management mode to better practice prosecutorial culture and manage our prosecutorial team with prosecutorial culture to realize a second leap in recognizing prosecutorial culture.
