低蛋白饮食对慢性肾衰竭患者的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察低蛋白饮食对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能的影响。方法:75例各种原因引起的慢性肾衰竭非透析患者随机分为观察组(38例)和对照组(37例),在其它治疗均相同的情况下,观察组予低蛋白饮食(0.6 g/kg.d),对照组予正常饮食,观察两组患者治疗前后肾功能的变化。结果:观察组治疗6个月后血肌酐、尿素氮平均值为(238.2±78.9)μmol/L、(16.33±5.23)mmol/L,较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗6个月后血肌酐、尿素氮平均值分别为(325.1±96.5)μmol/L、(24.21±9.82)mmol/L,与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后肾功能改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后血浆白蛋白水平及腹壁脂肪厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低蛋白饮食可延缓慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能恶化的速度。
