摘要
随着社会的不断发展,城市逐渐成为人类经济、文化、政治、科技信息中心。由于城中人口密度和建筑密度的不断增大,当较大的自然灾害侵袭时会造成巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡。如何在灾害来临时把灾害造成的损失减少到最低,成为了当今世界的新课题。防灾避难所成为了各国防灾减灾的焦点。在进行防灾避难所合理化配置时,要基于GIS系统进行分析,得出分析结果供规划设计时使用。
With the continuous development of society,the city gradually become the centure of human economy,culture,politics,science and technology information.Due to the city＇s population density and building density increased continously,while large natural disasters invades,it will cause huge property damage and casualties.How to minimize the calamity loss in the disaster becomes the world＇s new topic.Disaster prevention refuge became the focus of disaster prevention and mitigation countries.On disaster prevention refuge rationalization configuration,we should get analysis results for the planning and design when it is needed based on GIS system analysis.
