摘要
本文采用太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)测试分析了6种市售沐浴露样品在0.2-2.0 THz频段下的太赫兹光谱。各样品的吸收谱曲线在44.36-355.75 cm-1区间范围内有明显的分层现象,说明不同品牌沐浴露产品所含成分具有不同的物理、化学性质;通过计算各样品的平均折射率,各样品的平均折射率值依次相差约为0.1,结果表明成分相似的日化产品可以利用THz折射率谱进行快速有效的鉴别。通过对比样品的THz吸收谱与折射率谱,可以推测该技术在日化产品领域有广泛的应用前景。
The THz absorption coefficients and refractive indices of six brands of shower gels were obtained by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS) at the range from 0.2 to 2.0 THz.The absorption coefficient of these samples are at the range of 44.36~355.75 cm-1,and the absorption and refractive index curves of six brands have an obviously stratification in the effective spectrum range.It can also obviously discriminate the curve of different samples from the THz refractive index spectrum,and through the data analysis we saw that the difference between adjacent average refractive index is about 0.1.The results proved the THz-TDS technique can effectively identify and recognize the shampoo samples with different brands and functions.
